Do humans share a common ancestor after origin of life

Problem:

I was watching a lecture by Richard Dawkins earlier today and he mentioned that "Your 185th million grandfather was a fish." I started wondering about the following question,

Question: Is it true that my 185th million grandfather is the same as your 185th million grandfather?

Now, I fully recognize that there are more generations in my family tree than in yours or vice-versa so the 185 million may not match up exactly.

Question: Do Humans share a common ancestor substantially after the origin of life?
