Speech at the Ceremony of the Proclamation of the Congo's Independence by

As follow-up to the instructions I gave regarding this assignment, please answer the following questions:

4. Write a one page paper of an African Leader of your choice. You must state the political economic and social achievement of this leader. However, if you consider him or her a failure, you can also give an account of the failures.
5. Write a one page review of the video on the president of Liberia titledFaces of Africa-Ellen Sirleaf Johnson.
The summary must be done in three paragraphs.
a) Summary of the entire video
b) A vivid description of her struggles and eventual attainment of the Liberian Presidency.
c) Your conclusion.
