Write an essay about the Dream Act based on how if it is pass it will improve higher education. I have to write it base on two stances
1. Higher education such as how DACA has improve it and how passing the dream act will further improve it.
2. Diversity how education can be internationalized
3. And I can use another stance such as local security how these immigrant if the dream act is passed they can benefit the local security. With these stances I also have to provide a refutation and also a rebutal also making sure that I back up what I say in quote citations and citing everything properly in MLA format.
