Power has the capacity to influence the individuals, by this, I mean using power one individual can affect another individual. The effect may be positive or the negative based on the actions.

The following are the sources of the power.

Power based Power: It is the power to the individual based on his or her position or designation. This type of type can be used of the order given to the individual or the group to complete the work. As I mention this type of power comes with the position of the individual and this kind of force used over someone to accomplish the work. Barak Obama who has earned popularity and respect of not only among American but throughout the world because of his charismatic leader qualities and the behavior towards the citizens.

Informational Power: This is the power if having the knowledge to resolve the problem. This is typically short-term power due to its type, as its based on the knowledge so there are many possibilities of many people having this kind of power. The lead of a project might have this kind of power, as a team lead will have the good understanding of the project, however, lead knowledge is limited to the particular project if the project comes to an end then this power might not be useful anymore.

Relationship- Based Power: Relationship power is also known as referent power, In this type of power an individual has a group of people who follow him/ her and has the good understanding and relationship with the followers who generally like and respect the person. This kind of power is generally seen in the people who are very famous in the social media platform. For instance, a television celebrity (ex: Dwayne Johnson) who has huge followers and this celebrity has a good relationship with his followers.

Contextual Power: This type of power generally seen in the people are context based. Basically, this power lies in the hand of the people who can understand the circumstances based upon the environment around. The person with the contextual power skill can analyze the complex problem and resolve it. The best suitable person for this type id Mark Zuckerberg for contextual power.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
