Present a detailed analysis of the Fed’s monetary policy over the past 4 years. Include a discussion of how the basic tools (components) of monetary policy are used, and discuss the role of the FOMC.
RESEARCH: Does the Fed have too much regulatory power or not enough? Do some research to explain QE 1, QE 2, and the current QE 3 on the part of the Fed (QE—Quantitative Easing). Has this QE policy been successful?
