Discussion Question 1: The initiating process is the formal beginning of a new project. As the project manager for the Ground Control System Project, what would you need to know or have before you initiate your project? Be sure to include things such as information, tools, or anything you as a project manager would require when initiating the project. Provide a brief explanation why these things are important.
Discussion Question 2: Your CEO has asked you to do some high-level planning during your project initiation. What are some of the things that the project manager should provide to support this request? Do you consider this a wise request considering you are just initiating your project? Why or Why not?
