For the Week 4 Discussion on Change Process Case Studies:
Even though all organizations are different, learning through examples from other organizations' experiences is a valuable tool to gain ideas about what to try, what to avoid, or simply what to keep in mind in your own situation.
After reading about the case studies in Chapter 4, in your initial post, explain what your most interesting finding from the case studies offered was and why. Also, explain what aspect in the change model relates to that finding. Consider these questions in developing your post and responses: Did the finding relate to something you have experienced in the past? What additional questions does the finding raise for you? How could the finding be applied/related to other organizations?
Be creative and feel free to investigate the case organization and situation online to learn more to enrich the discussion.
