Bad Bart, 30 yrs old, is visiting his girlfriend, Nina, 32 yrs old at her apartment. Nina allows her 15 yr. old daughter, Tina, to have a party. Several friends of Tina's come to the party that night. The party is going along without a problem. Nina then tells Bart says she is going to bed. Bart follows Nina into the bedroom. He asks Nina to have sex with him. Nina says she's not in the mood. Bad Bart, not taking no for an answer, pushes Nina down onto the bed. Bart places his hands on the outside of her clothes and roughly fondles her breasts. Nina pushes Bart off and tells him to leave the bedroom. Bart leaves. Nina notes that she now has some bruising to her breast. Angry, Nina goes to bed to go to sleep.
Bart returns to the party, and he asks Nina's daughter, Tina, to come to with him to her bedroom. Tina goes into her bedroom with Bart. Bart closes the door and tells Tina to get on the bed. Tina asks why and Bart responds, "You know what I want", while unbuttoning his pants. Bart then takes Tina by the shoulders and pushes her on the bed. Tina kicks Bart in the groin and she runs out of the room.
As the evening goes on, Tina and her friends consume a lot of alcohol. One of Tina's friends, Roxie, (15 yrs old), goes into Tina's bedroom to lay down. She then falls asleep. After a period of time, Bart goes into the bedroom. Bart puts his hand inside Roxie's pants and penetrates her vagina with his finger while she sleeps. She wakes up, pushes Bart off, leaves the house and goes home.
Bart sits down in the living room and drinks a beer. He realizes everyone either went to bed or is passed out except Bad Betty. Betty, (17 yrs. old), consents to having oral sex with Bart. While Bart and Betty are engaged in the sex act, Bart takes a photo of Betty on his cellphone.
The next day, Tina and Roxie report the crime to police. Police arrest Bart, and secure a search warrant to search his phone where they find the picture of Betty engaged in an act of oral sex upon Bart.
