When Dr. Roberts is describing "hereditability", he is talking about the components of personality that you inherit or that you are born with (inherited from your parents)
Don't get overwhelmed by some of the parts where he gets very in detail about genomes etc., try to focus on the big picture *I don't expect you to be able to relay every single piece of the information from this video, I am more interested in the parts that stood out to you and that you have an opinion on
