Problem: Give a peer response with a question to this text My topic is social learning theory; this is a mental concept that explains behaviors and attitudes as well as emotions. This is crucial from my perspective because it is the social learning theory behind crime. Once we can determine them by observing a specific group of people in a community. A psychologist Albert Bandura made this concept; it is significant towards crime because this theory argues that crime is not something that is biologically carried down the traits but something that is learned. Kendra Cherry(Dec 2025 Social Learning Theory: How Bandura's Theory Works) for example a minor who witnesses a crime being committed can potentially lead to criminal offenses later down the road. Criminal offenses are often led by peer pressure a group of delinquents usually up to no good one of the group leaders tempts the youngest one to do the crime to make them look cool. The weaknesses of the social learning theory: the main weakness I can see is we have neglect for emotional behaviors; emotions can differ per person and that is something we cannot predict for every single person. Thus, it is not always a reliable theory for every single person. Pankit Gami( Aug 23 Power of Social Learning Theory: Advantages & Disadvantages) Need Assignment Help?
