Discussion about prescriptions and medical history

Problem: Rewrite. In my opinion, the practitioner performed an excellent job of evaluating the client and going over her previous prescriptions and medical history. I discovered how crucial it is to go over previous prescriptions with the client in order to decide which psychotropic drug would be best for her given her history and the adverse effects of previous drugs. In order to make sure the client feels secure enough to talk to the practitioner about her symptoms and behaviors, confidentiality would be one of the ethical and legal issues for this case study. In order for the client to make an informed choice on her treatment plan, the practitioner should also make sure that she fully comprehends her therapy options. The client should also receive education and information about the advantages and disadvantages of using psychotropic drugs, including symptom reduction and adverse effects. In accordance with the ethical principles of nonmaleficence, the practitioner should also assess the client's safety in relation to her actions, taking care to consider any suicidal ideas or plans. If the practitioner had neglected to evaluate this ethical standard, it might have led to legal problems. After being fully informed and given all of their treatment alternatives, the client has the right to choose their own course of action, hence the ethical principle of autonomy should be adhered to. The client reports having sex with multiple people during her manic episodes. Need Assignment Help?
