Discussion about law to wear head covering provided

Assignment task: For me, 20 degrees is the number. Above 20, I wear a button-down shirt.  Below 20 degrees, the odds are pretty good, I'm wearing a cardigan.  I can't really explain it, it's just my own thing.  For Katherine, her "favorite thing" is headgear.  She wears it most days and feels that these scarves are a reflection of her "sincere" expressions of elegance.  Kathryn has recently been appointed manager of a new vegan restaurant in Guelph called Lettuce Eat.  While I appreciate many people's interest in all things vegan, truth be told, Catherine's Restaurant probably wouldn't be my first choice unless my daughter tricked me into going.  Knowing how smart my daughter is, it wouldn't surprise me if she tricked me into going.  The owners of Lettuce Eat tell Katherine that they don't allow their employees to wear headscarves on the job because they want them to wear baseball caps that say "Make Lettuce Great Again".  I hope the mere thought of such a slogan doesn't cause anyone to run screaming from the room.  Katherine insists that she is allowed by law to wear her head covering provided she wears it for her "honestly held" personal style preferences.  Is she right about this? a) Yes, according to the Ontario Human Rights Act.  b) Yes, according to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  c) Both (a) and (b) are correct.  d) No, Katherine is not correct.
