Purpose: As members of a democracy, it is important to be able to be an active member of our society.

If the people are not willing to share their concerns to their elected leaders we cannot progress as a society and the needs and wishes of the people are not reflected in the decision of our leaders. Annotated bibliography should have at least 10 sources cited properly. Assignment and annotated bibliography should be written in MLA or APA but be consistent throughout.
