Think of a time you have worked in food service, either currently or in the past. Do you feel this facility does/did a good job taking food allergies seriously? (adequate training of employees regarding food allergy management, keepong recipe/ingredient information up to date, avoiding cross contamination, etc. ) Explain your answer. If you have never worked in food service, interview a friend that works in food service and ask them these questions and post their response.  After submitting your post, comment on at least 2 of your classmates posts.
