Having faith in a person or a condition is purely based on the reasoning of the situation, which leaves the definition of faith as a rather mundane Swiss army knife of belief in certain candidates of surface-level optimism. A belief in a person's values cannot be held up without a basic faith in the sociological norms that come with trust, which proves that one may not exist without the other. Faith is an ever-changing value that is more or less a placeholder for belief when the situation calls for it; it comes in the form of a mundane attitude towards religion, a requirement for further trust in a person or situation, and claims that are certain as long as they are upheld with evidence.
