Problem: A patient has history of schizophrenia and recently experienced a traumatic event where she found her brother dead in bed about 8 weeks ago and tried to resuscitate him but to no avail. She has been experiencing increasing paranoia since that incident. She is positive for auditory and visual hallucinations. What other differential diagnoses would you think would be appropriate for this patient?
