Problem: I need to provide one reason for visit code and 2 ICD-10-CM codes. Patient seen for latent TB infection. He had a positive TB skin test the prior week and presents today for counseling on the start of INH 300 mg/day. The patient also has moderate bipolar I disorder and is currently depressed. Because of this, the physician spends considerable time discussing the need to take the INH daily.
