Every Michigan voter should have the freedom to have his or her voice heard in our elections.

You need to ensure that not even one family in Michigan should undergo through discrimination during your period as a senator. As a senator, the wise thing to do is to back up the historic choices made by the Supreme Courts that affirms that each American has the liberty to marry whoever they've loved and raise that family union without any fear that they might be made to part ways at some point in life.

He is affected about the people because Michiganders who has the right to vote, to speak and to show what they really are; he is supporter for LGBTQ community also. - How can i address the issue. I have to use evidence, court cases, criminal justice policy, or any item to support the stance and strengthen my argument-

Michigan Department of Civil Rights is a department of the Michigan State Government created in 1965 to support the work of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission of Michigan's Constitution of 1963.

The Department of Civil Rights investigates and resolves discrimination complaints and works to prevent discrimination through educational programs that promote voluntary compliance with civil rights laws.

Additionally, the lawmakers ought to adopt greater standards of evidence for the enforcement process of the law to charge property for instance in the civil proceedings. The standards ought to be raised to greater levels without doubt and making them to rhyme to the same tune with the criminal justice system in United States of America. The states that have met the standards are California, Nebraska,Montana,North Carolina, Minnesota,New Mexico, Minnesota and Vermont. Michigan also should join the above states.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the lawmakers ought to adopt strong and standardized confiscation reporting needs in line with the excellent practices stated above. Although some of the states have acknowledged the necessity for high levels of transparency, poor-quality reporting and insufficient detail stands to be the rule. The lawmakers and the entire public remain on the darkness concerning most charges, dark about most confiscation activity and pay out. States that lack powerful reporting needs ought to institute them. They should make sure that the obligations are followed with outcomeslike financial punishment for noncompliance.

Sincerely yours,
