Problem
Discusses the role of the Public Health Nurse in caring for Homeless vulnerable populations.
i. States the core functions of public health (Assessment, Policy Development, and Assurance ) and applies them to the care of the homeless vulnerable population.
ii. Three local agencies/facilities delivering services to the Homeless population are identified and accessibility is described. Services rendered are fully described. (Most especially in California).
iii. Additional resources for the homeless population needed in the community are identified.
