1. My examples included Mr. Honda and his intense training practices, as well as, a rather unorthodox training program on safety at Nestle. Do you think these techniques were over the top or were they appropriate? Have you experienced unusual or unorthodox training and if so briefly share the experience with us.
2. What is the most impactful, or exhilarating, or effective training you have ever received? How did it change you?
