It is legal but is it ethical (moral) for a neighbor, learning that a man in the neighborhood is on a public sex register list, to hold meetings warning all the other neighbors and encourages everyone to post a sign on their lawn pointing out the offender who, up to then, has led a life of a good family man, maintaining his privacy and is popular in the neighborhood?
