Discussion: Diversity In The Work Force
Immigration from Middle-Eastern and European countries is projected to drastically increase over the next several decades. Taking this into consideration, cultural and religious differences will play a major role in the workplace, which will need to be addressed.
1. Discuss your opinion on the responsibility of a business to adapt to the increasing culturally diverse populations, and make a suggestion on how these issues could be addressed.
2. Share an example of a current issue on this topic that you feel is relevant to the discussion. You are required to do outside research for this question and use a minimum of 2 sources to support your positions.
