You will write a report concerning Setting the Table by Danny Meyer. It will be submitted through canvas. It is to be a minimum of 1250 words with proper citations.
• Discuss your major takeaways from the book. How will you apply the theories and practices outlined in the book?
• Identify at least five major topics that you feel are the most important to you.
• Identify or create two potential scenarios as a Restaurant Leader when you would be able to use the information in the book.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the assignment, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
