3. Consumers now have access to hundreds of television channels and thousands of shows on demand. The average person cannot deal with the amount of viewing available, so some programs and networks are ignored. 6. Read the case, "Can Larry Fit In?" following chapter 7.

a. Select the most appropriate conflict management strategy, using Table 7.4 as your guide.
