1. Select 1 financial market from the country Italy
2. Identify the following for the selected market (can use table, graph or any other comparative tools to analyse your findings.)
a. Background: Operating History, organization and trading process
b. Size: Market size, number of stocks listed, market capitalization etc.
c. Performance: Volume of Trade, Growth, revenue, profits, working capital, float shares, fees etc.
d. Regulations: rules, regulations and regulatory body
e. Special features: Accounting standards, listing requirements, Any other observations
3. Prepare a professionally formatted report which will include the following parts
a. Introduction: Introduce the topic, the assignment objectives, the selected region and the purpose of your study and your approach towards the study.
b. Main Discussion: discuss your comparison of the four markets as per the five basis stated above. Each of the above points need to be a sub heading for this section.
c. Conclusion: Prepare a detailed conclusion on your observations, learning an application of this knowledge for this course and your further studies
d. References: Research from relevant academic sources are expected.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
