Select one of the topics below. Write an essay with an introduction paragraph, 3 body paragraphs (at least 5 sentences in each body paragraph but having up to 20 sentences is fine), and a conclusion paragraph.
1. Discuss why you like (or dislike) a certain activity. You can pick a sport, a hobby, an activity like shopping, going to football games, or playing a video game.
2. Discuss why you admire a specific person that you know.
Follow these rules:
At the top of the paper, give your complete name, the course and section, and the assignment name (essay 1).
The essay must be typed, 12 point font, and double spaced. Do not skip extra space between paragraphs. Instead, indent the first sentence of each paragraph.
Remember that a late paper loses points.
