2-Sandy Marshall, one of the health informatics specialists at the Main Hospital, has been seen talking to many of the HI specialists, obviously about forming a union as a result of her job dissatisfaction. Sandy is very influential with the HI specialists throughout the hospital and appears to be a natural leader. If Sandy continues to promote the union, she will have a major impact among the HI specialists in organizing the union.
