Maxine is 65 years old. She has chronic heart failure for which she has been having a combination of medications for the last 5 years. She visited her GP today because she has started to feel breathless when walking. As a result of the review, the doctor decides to change one of Maxine's medications. It is important that Maxine is aware of this change and what side effects to look out for. You are on clinical placement and working with the practice nurse.
