2. Describe what impact this Topic Area has on the health of individuals.
3. Describe the specific objectives that will be used to track the progress of this indicator. Develop an intervention plan of how these objectives can be met. For example, what interventions would you suggest or implement in order to meet the objectives used to track the Topic Area?
