Discuss whether you believe a company can survive reputational damage as a consequence of allegations that it "greenwashed" its products or services, rather than truly committing to a sustainable or green business practice. Explain. Should a company that "greenwashes" its products or services (e.g. cleaning up its image but not its environmental practices) be penalized by our legal system? Why or why not?
