Discussion: Victimization and Delinquency Essay
Write an essay of at least 500 words in which you discuss whether you agree or disagree that juvenile delinquent behavior is due to some young people being victimized by factors such as poverty, broken families, poor schools, unsafe neighborhoods, and lack of opportunity.

Is it fair to assume that at some point victimization should be outweighed by accepting personal responsibility for actions and decisions?
