Andrew, a California resident, received a flyer in the U.S. mail announcing a new line of murder mystery novels from Crime Books, Inc. He was not interested and threw the flyer away. Two weeks later, he received in the mail an introductory novel as announced in the flyer on a "trial basis" from Crime Books, Inc.
