PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Exercise 1:
Investigate the different project management software packages available. Create a comparison table to compare the features. You must select at least three different software packages.
Exercise 2:
Create a work break down structure for a project of your choice. The project should be large enough so it would take 3 months to complete. For each task identified put in estimations for time. You can build this in whatever software you like. Please refer to slides for the structure of a Work Breakdown Structure diagram.
Exercise 3: (300 - 350 words)
Outline at least 2 skills required for an effective project manager. For each skill give a brief description why a project manager needs it.

Q1. Write your one page reflection on week 9 guest lecture. Also describe in 300 words the concepts of sustainability with an example.
Q2. For this exercise use the Ethical Case Study attached in workshop 9 folder
title: "Former Ausgrid engineer faces ICAC". Answer all 3 following exercises.
Exercise 2.1
In the context of the case study provided discuss what went wrong in your own words.
Exercise 2.2
In the context of the case study provided, discuss what you would suggest as best practice for such industry and scenario. Meaning, how should those involved demonstrate best practices.
Exercise 2.3
In the context of the case study provided, provide your personal reflection on such a case study. For instance, what do you take away from such a case study? What have you learnt?
