To document your leadership experiences, team collaboration, and learning, you will complete a series of journal entries that will be used as the basis for the Topic benchmark assignment.
Reflect on the work your CLC group did. Consider what you have learned about your personal leadership style and traits, the tenets of servant leadership and collaborating on a team. In 250 words reflection, discuss the following:
o Discuss what you learned about yourself as a leader by completing the leadership assessments.
o Explain whether knowledge of your personal leadership style and traits allowed you to collaborate effectively as a member of your CLC team.
o Reflect on the tenets of servant leadership that you experienced while interacting with your CLC group and provide specific examples of how servant leadership was exemplified.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
