You were required to read chapters 12-13 from Race Talk and the Conspiracy of Silence by Derald Wing Sue. Based on what you have read and based on your Diversity Training project, discuss what you have learned about themes related to managing diversity and valuing diversity in the workplace? What are some of the strengths and weaknesses of the Race Talk book and the podcast or book that you reviewed? To help illustrate your point, identify some examples from these resources or your assigned readings from this semester.
Finally, if you were developing a training program for the State of Florida, what kinds challenges do you expect during the implementation of your program? How will you minimize those challenges?
