The recruitment and staffing function is an area that is often outsourced. Employers use third parties for pieces of recruiting such as advertising or background checks all the way to handing over the whole process to a recruiting firm. Share an experience you have had with outsourced recruiting (from the employers viewpoint, not as a job seeker). Discuss what was effective and what was less than ideal.
