Details:
Develop your leadership philosophy and include answers to the following prompts in your paper. You are free to be creative with this but make sure you could capture your philosophy in about 10 seconds on the elevator!
1. What is your leadership philosophy? (Can be a quote or a very succinct sentence that could be understood in 10 seconds or less when speaking it to another person).
2. Why did you choose this philosophy? (Talk about how you walked through the steps as presented in How to Develop a Leadership Philosophy that Inspires article given to you.)
3. How will this philosophy be important to you as a student and also in your future career?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
