A. Identify the characteristics [at least 7] which define this as a true bona fide interpersonal conflict
B. Identify and define the [9] Stages of Conflict Escalation, according to Glasl, as you identify / explain where each stage begins [by the line number and a few words indicating where in the line it begins] - you DO NOT need to identify where it ends, just where it begins.
C. Discuss what could have prevented the conflict from moving to the next stage. - What could either or both parties have done, said, etc...? [Whatever strategy/tactic you can think of] to have "effectively" dealt with the conflict. [be EXPLICIT - don't just say "could have shown respect" or "should have communicated better" - also try to avoid use of 3rd parry interventions, at least at the start]
