On average, employees that have more positive work attitudes tend to be high performers on the job. Describe a work situation where those with high attitudes might no longer be (on average) top performers.
Also, discuss what an organization can do to develop an environment that leads to positive work attitudes. What policies and procedures do you believe will be most effective to this end?
