Scheduling projects can be a challenge. More to the point, ordering tasks, knowing what can be done concurrently, validating and verifying resource availability, etc, can challenge even the best project manager. As we continue looking at schedule planning, research a current article (within three years) that is related to a failed project as a result of poor schedule definition or incomplete WBS and present your findings as follows:
