Discussion: Digital Competencies For 21st Century Leaders
Leadership in the 21st century requires leaders to have a wealth of competencies - to include what we have discussed in the previous weeks of class. Digital technology is changing the paradigms of leadership through various means such as communication interactions, how we learn, and a wealth of other factors. Use the readings in the Lesson section in order to discuss three ways in which digital competencies are changing today's leadership?
