Why is there not a universal definition for all of the agencies in the United States? For this discussion, please choose one type of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive (CBRNE) agent and briefly explain how it can be used as a weapon of mass destruction (WMD) and any trend associated with your chosen agent. Consider the strategies a terrorist organization would use to disperse and disseminate this agent. What impact would this agent have on the domestic population of the United States?
