Discussion Post: Principle of Management and Organization
In chapter 7, managing change and innovation, the "calm waters" metaphor typically dominated the thinking of practicing managers. However, as this type of thinking has become a thing of the past a new metaphor known as, "white-water rapids", has emerged. Compare and contrast these two type of change processes. The response should be 3 to 4 paragraphs in length and include kurt lewin's three step description of the change process in your response.
