Assignment: The Night Shift
A large amount of research supports the hypothesis that workers on the night shift have significantly more accidents and make more errors than workers on other time shifts.
Assignment Instructions:
Write a three-page paper addressing the items below. Discuss three possible ways to improve the safety of workers on the night shift.
Define circadian rhythm and discuss schedules of work that would allow the night hours to be covered, but may be better suited for human circadian rhythm.
