Accreditation is a statement within any organization that its administration and staff are committed to consistently delivering quality care and services.
1) Assume that you are a Healthcare Quality Specialist at a healthcare facility/organization which is preparing for an initial Joint Commission International accreditation visit.
2) Discuss thoroughly the steps and processes that you will initiate and implement over a one-year period in preparation.
3) Include any key personnel and the risk prevention procedures you would be sure to put in place as well as your performance and quality improvement plans.
Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories (which require supporting citations) in your initial response along with at least one scholarly, peer-reviewed journal article.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
