Problem:
My approach to teaching is influenced by the theories of Social Learning and Psycho-Social. Psycho-Social, beacuse like Erik Erikson (1902-1994) said, I think that relationships are crucial and they form the social context of personality which are the key point for growing stage and we can applying it by providing trust (follow through on promises, provide stability and consistency in life) and Social Learning (Albert Bandura 1925- ) because #1: children and adults model what they see; and #2: children and adults also learn through observation. Therefore, we can applying it knowing what children are watching and modeling what every Teacher/Caregiver want their children to do. These two theories are important in my teaching environment and goes with me, because when children feel they are well care, loved, seen and listen, their learning is so much smoother and simple. Therefore their self-esteem is confident and they can achieve whatever they would like to do in life.
