Problem
Assume you have a client who presents a form of mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc). State the form of mental illness the client presents. Discuss the ways in which you will address his/her issues as well as how you will document your interview with the client, how you will document the treatment plan and as well as any follow-up. Be sure to define and explain the form of mental illness selected and discuss the traditional, accepted forms of treatment for that form of mental illness.
