Write an executive summary for the board to hand out at the beginning of the meeting.
It should briefly discuss the various topics covered in articles about Facebook whistleblower event, describe your concerns about corporate governance at FaceBook, your recommendation as to whether to continue advertising on Facebook and/or Instagram, and if so, what conditions you might propose setting on any further advertising there.
