Problem
Uruguay implemented the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) initiative at the beginning of 2007. This program aimed to give one laptop to every child and teacher in a public primary school. By the second semester of 2009, every child and teacher in a public primary school had a laptop. Comment on the effects of this program on the following: a) Uruguay's human capital stock b) Uruguay's output per capita growth rate.
