Supreme Court Docket (Assignment): Just to get you familiar with the types of cases the U.S. Supreme Court hears, I would like you to do some research on the Court's current docket. Review the website provided below, and find a current case that interests you. Tell us the name of the case and the constitutional issue at stake in the case. You need to read all of the posts that come before yours because, I want you to tell us about a case that hasn't already been posted. Title your post the name of the case, for example Roe v. Wade, then give us a brief summary of the case.
